Frequently asked questions
Access to eTAX.pl is free for up to 20 documents per month. The price increases depending on the selected plan and the number of Tax Free documents issued in a given month.
The fee for using the system is a monthly subscription. The subscription fee depends on the number of TAX FREE documents issued and the selected plan. The current price list is available on our websiteinternetowej. The invoice is issued for the last billing month and sent to the provided email address at the beginning of the following month.
Our pricing is based on two variables: the feature plan you wish to use and the number of documents issued by our application. After selecting the function plan, the system will count the issued TAX FREE documents at the end of the month.
If you need to cancel your account. You will be charged a prorated fee based on your usage during that billing period. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at: biuro@etax.pl
Yes, by choosing a plan you will receive a discount appropriate to the selected package and the number of documents issued.
You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type to Standard or Premium. To do this, please contact biuro@etax.pl (remember that we do not offer refunds for downgrades). It is not possible to downgrade to the Free plan if you have a Standard or Premium plan. If you exceed the limit of 20 issued documents, you will be automatically transferred to the Standard plan.
Yes, the app is accessible via a web browser, making it available on both IOS and Android devices.
The system is located entirely on our servers, which take over the entire load associated with handling communication with the PUESC service and the sales program. Servers require constant maintenance and modernization. Therefore, the subscription fee depends on the load generated by the account. The subscription form allows the price to be adjusted to the load generated by the customer's account (depending on the number of documents issued). A small retailer will pay less than a large, thriving store that generates a much higher burden. The system is constantly being developed and continuously adapted to changes in sales programs and the PUESC service. The monthly fee allows for continuous updates (new features and updates appear several times a month), which can be tracked on the eTAX application main page. The subscription price includes full technical support for the entire period of system use.
